Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and communication materials (e.g., posters) for HR meetings and activities.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of employee events and engagement activities.
- Input resignation details into HR systems (HRS & Akrivia).
- Assist with the creation of warning letters and support the scheduling of exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate filing of HR documents.
- Handle petty cash management and reimbursement processing.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software like HRS & Akrivia is a plus.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and manage paperwork.
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team.
