Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Store job post for IG (Feed & Story)
- Akrivia administration (submitting new joiner to akrivia to help the team productivity)
- Second PIC for new joiner on-boarding (preparing the kit, contract, and access card)
- Drafting Part Timer contracts
- Monitoring Background Check status
- Submitting new joiner to HRS for store
- Simple editing video in capcut, canva, etc
- Helping the team to make idea content & plan for IG and LinkedIn post
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- A passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning about recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- A creative mindset for generating innovative employer branding campaigns and content.
