Key Responsibilities:

• Store job post for IG (Feed & Story)
• Akrivia administration (submitting new joiner to akrivia to help the team productivity)
• Second PIC for new joiner on-boarding (preparing the kit, contract, and access card)
• Drafting Part Timer contracts
• Monitoring Background Check status 
• Submitting new joiner to HRS for store
• Simple editing video in capcut, canva, etc
• Helping the team to make idea content & plan for IG and LinkedIn post

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• A passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning about recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• A creative mindset for generating innovative employer branding campaigns and content.
