Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee three critical functions: HRBP, Talent & Training, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding.
- Drive recruitment initiatives and facilitate comprehensive orientation and training programs to empower employees for their roles.
- Craft and deliver high-impact briefings to the Board of Directors, providing essential insights and strategic guidance.
- Champion innovative strategies to optimize performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous employee engagement.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, boosting overall performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Cultivate and manage organizational culture, addressing employee needs and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters to Executive Teams and the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essentials.
- Thorough understanding of national HR laws and regulations.
- Minimum of eight years of demonstrated expertise in human resources or employee recruitment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a strong ethical foundation.
