Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and monitoring end-to-end KPI processes to ensure a robust performance management system in the organization, including: KPI setting, socialization, quarterly evaluation, year-end evaluation, portal improvements, completion report, etc.
- 2Monitoring organization structure: performing and communicating monthly organization chart updates, ensuring superior assignment for every employee, as well as advising HOD in revising and improving current department structures.
- Monitoring control and support throughout recruitment and movement process, including MPP check, ECN form, and job code creation
- Monitoring HRIS assistance provided to users, such as employee data updates, superior updates, and assignment updates.
- Monitoring job desc documents availability across all functions in the organization.
