As a merchandising within the retail industry, you will become an important part of the business and can learn a lot about retail. In this role, you will learn teamwork and analytical skill, how the business works. We seek for individual who eager to learn, adaptable, have a positive attitude, and not easily give up as we will support with what you struggle with. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Replenishment & Allocation Bali Area
• Monitoring item damage saleable and nonsaleable within Bali area 
• Balancing stock mix vs sales mix per store in Bali
• Maintain stock cover in Bali area
• Coordinate with merchandising team, and other dept such as operation team, warehouse, finance - Propose price promotion (certain cases in Bali area)

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar tools).
• Attention to detail.
• Interest in retail and merchandising.
• Good communication skill in Bahasa and English.
