Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for sales achievement in the East Java area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by upselling and cross-selling.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts.
• Direct training session with account frontline will increase frontline product knowledge capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Having 1-2 years of working experience in Sales.
• Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and leadership skills.

Technical competency Required:

MS Office 2010 or above
