What you'll be doing
- Process and verify payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and benefits
- Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., BPJS, tax, pension contributions) on time
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, income Tax and deductions
- Manage payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection policies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks related to payroll processing and compliance
What we're looking for
- Experienced as a Payroll/Compensation & Employee Benefits specialist
- Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data
- Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
