As a Shift Supervisor at Coach Coffee Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will lead the team, manage workflow, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt, friendly service.
• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for reordering.
• Handle scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels during shifts.
• Support promotional activities and in-store events as needed.
• Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role in a retail, café, or food and beverage environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety is a plus.
