Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of gift card operations, including issuance, fulfillment, and reconciliation. 
• Monitor gift card stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. 
• Collaborate with stores, internal teams, and B2B clients to ensure timely and accurate gift card transactions. 
• Assist with finance-related activities, including sales reconciliation, vendor payments, and internal reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities. 
• Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to gift card systems. 
• Provide periodic reports on gift card sales, merchandise-related finances, and usage trends to management. 
• Take on ad hoc finance tasks as required to support the overall efficiency and accuracy of the finance department.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, or business process management, preferably in retail or gift card programs
  
• Familiarity with finance-related processes (reconciliation, vendor payments, reporting) and experience with ERP or similar systems
  
• Strong analytical abilities to oversee end-to-end gift card processes, monitor stock levels, and manage sales reconciliation
  
• High level of accuracy in managing financial transactions and compliance with company policies
  
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and troubleshoot technical issues related to gift card systems
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with stores, clients, and cross-functional teams
  
• Particularly Excel for financial reporting and analysis
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle ad hoc finance tasks as required
