Public Relations Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- PR Strategy and Media Outreach Partner with marketing to align PR efforts with brand goals, driving media events and outreach to boost visibility.
- Set and monitor monthly/yearly PR KPIs to enhance brand awareness.
- Media Relations and Community Building. Build strong relationships with media, communities, and KOLs to amplify brand exposure. Manage media loans and report outcomes, comparing performance year-over-year.
- Endorser and KOL Management Strategically, select KOLs and endorsers to optimize campaign impact while managing costs.
- Analyze engagement metrics from campaigns and create story pitches for ongoing media coverage.
- Advise the marketing team on PR strategies that resonate with the Indonesian market, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across PR and digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Must posses at least a Bachelor Degree majoring Public Relation/Marketing/Marketing Communication or equivalent
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Min 3.5 years experiences in the same field, with a proven track record in managing PR campaigns and events. Experience in working with media, influencers, and stakeholders is essential. Preferably in retail industry
- Ability to monitor media coverage, create reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Experience in organizing PR events like press conferences, product launches, and media interviews
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Sociable, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
