Merchandising Manager for Outlet will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales, enhance product assortment, and maintain inventory accuracy for luxury accessories in outlet stores.  A basic knowledge of e-commerce will be considered a plus point to support cross-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise & manage the stock allocation & replenishment for all stores across all channels (offline & online)
• Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and taking appropriate actions like consolidation & re-distribution so as to meet business objectives
• Creating an intelligent & region-level buy plan at SKU level after analyzing all stock related KPIs
• Design and manage assortment and range plan for new merchandise at each store & region level
• Manage & track detailed OTB plan, esp. spend vs approved OTB budget
• Monitor stock health KPIs like stock cover, size availability, ageing at SKU level and create alert mechanisms
• Visit stores on regular basis to make sure the best store stock health
• Identify merchandising pain points, if any, & act as champion to pro-actively find solutions
• Act as face of merchandising function & be able to present to external & internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
• Well versed with Excel pivots, power pivots and advanced functions
• A basic knowledge of e-commerce will be considered a plus point to support cross-channel strategies
