CRM Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to interpret CRM data and create concise analysis reports, effectively communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of managing 12 different brands across 3 divisions, skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Webengage, and Capillary.
- Knowledge of HTML for customizing email templates or troubleshooting technical issues.
- Expertise in Email, WhatsApp, Web-Push, App Push, and SMS channels for customer engagement.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging CRM data to drive business decisions and improve sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major and at least 2 years of experience in CRM and Loyalty management.
- Strong Excel skills, including the use of formulas for reporting across multiple brands.
- Precision in data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication in Bahasa and English, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based at the head office in Jakarta.
