- Ensure Website customer journeys are seamless, that our websites are perfect for customers and user journeys and the websites are error free to drive engagement and conversion – working with Product Owners to develop the website where necessary
- Aligning with Brand and Digital Marketing Team in delivering seamless customer experience in terms of consistent and high quality content being provided to support all campaignsGenerate and processes merchandise data as necessary.
- Managing the entire content production from conceptualizing to publishing, monitoring ongoing campaign and data reporting on results.
- Planning, organizing, managing and executing the creation of rich-content with on-quality and on-trend banners and articles to support brand campaign, drive engagement and conversion on all E-Commerce website.
- Managing content/experience assets and performance, conducting regular audits to ensure plans are fresh and relevant. Working with the tool and analytics to develop and report out metrics for performance measurement and improvement.
- Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail, creative writing, marketing or e-commerce.
- Have a keen eye for details and outstanding written skills in both English and Bahasa
- Familiar with digital environment (target audience, traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate)
- Good communication skill - to be able to work across departments
