Kanmo Group are looking for an experienced web professional, minimum two years within a retail ecommerce environment, who is focused on delivery a quality user experience and journey through our websites. Working within the Content and Creative Team you will be responsible for ensuring a number of our websites provide both the optimal user experience, reflect our campaign plans and deliver exceptional customer conversion.
Partnering with Trading and other members of the content team the role holder will ensure that all elements of the websites they look after are working perfectly, the quality of content is high and that there are no issues at all with the customer journey.
Monitor website performance, keep the look & feel on-brand and stay fresh as per scheduled plan Ensure all key landing pages are accurate, user friendly and converting
Reduce bounce rates from all web pages with excellent merchandising and product selections, ensuring product recommendations showing to shoppers are relevant
Review all page view data and focus on key pages
Ensure the quality of the website is high, spellings are correct, no 404 pages and a perfect flow is made to the journey
Work on reviewing alternative customer journeys per segments – e.g. New, Existing, first time from Store etc
Must have worked with Ecommerce and Retail Bachelor degree
