We are looking for someone who thrives on driving success through delivering strong campaigns, to now do the same for a number of Kanmo's brands, ideally experienced in managing all paid marketing channels for a retailer (Although you may at times focus on specific channels within this role).
This role will suit someone with 2-4 years hands on campaign management experience, with an in-depth understanding of Ad tools and able to understand and analyse the results of their activities.
This role is part of a 3 person performance marketing team and the successful candidate would be expected to manage their own time as they looked after specific channels to deliver results.
You will be executing performance marketing over a variety of digital channels and for a number of brands, focusing on targeted ROAS, CPA and Brand recognition targets
You will be focused on driving numbers, but have a keen interest in customer segmentation and understanding the brands you are representing
You will analyse, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
You will Optimize user funnels, ability to conduct A/B testing
This role is within a large Digital Marketing team and will be partnering with Trading, Content & Brand Marketing teams
Experienced in Facebook, Instagram and Google Marketing (SEM, Display and Shopping)
We are looking for someone who understands working with data, establishing digital program
Strong analytical thinking
Experienced in Google analytics & excel
Highly motivated and willing to learn new thing
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field on retailer
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
Must have a broad commercial view and understand ways to engage beyond offering discounts
