Manage team by their job desc and responsible for develop the stores overall look and hence in accordance to the VM guidelines and standards, aid in the achievement of Company Sales Target. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Collaborate with Project team regarding of new store opening plan
2. Develop and manage annual VM budget plan for window props, in-store images, etc to ensure financial efficiency
3. Develop VM training to ensure operations’ understanding and compliance to VM standards
4. Develop window concept in accordance with guidelines to ensure that all store windows are attractive to customers
5. Manage VM implementation and monitor performance to ensure visual merchandising strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient and effective ways.
6. Provide VM implementation in store & event reports to principal in order to ensure the compliance with brand guideline.
