  • Prepare annual marketing strategy and budget to enhance brand’s awareness across Indonesia
  • Manage marketing, communication, public relation, digital and offline campaign initiatives
  • Develop CRM strategy to increase customer loyalty and conversion; also in charge of analysis and reporting of the programme
  • Maintain marketing budget ( short- and long-term plans ) to control costs
  • Manage marketing team in the execution and team development
  • Maintain relationship with media and other partners


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
  • At least 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in managerial position. Preferably having experience in handling kids or fashion brand in retail industry.
  • Having strong concept and analysis skill.
  • Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
  • Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
