This is a great new role at Kanmo that will manage the Trading/Product management teams for multiple Brands.
An experienced merchandiser or trading manager from a retailer background, who is keen to learn a lot more about Ecommerce would be an ideal fit for this role.
This role is responsible for managing the flow of products onto our websites, managing product selections for promotions and ensuring pricing is correct for all Kanmo’s transactional websites (4 today - over 12 within next 6/9 months)
Work with Brand Teams to ensure our full range of products are available on our websites, and all details are in place to push product page conversion
Build out categorisation and work to ensure our range is presented in an optimal way on our websites
Make promotion recommendations to the online marketing team, forecast promotional results and improve selections in future
Be responsible for online brand P&L's working with all supporting teams to achieve these
Work with Brand Teams to help achieve their product management goals, but within the constraints of achieving online sales and margin targets
Minimum Bachelor degree
At least 5 years’ experience of working in trading teams at an Omnichannel Retailer
Must be an exceptional People Manager
Must be experienced in managing and improving processes
Experience in sales and stock forecasting, able to build promotional forecasts and plans easily
Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to complex relationships within a multi-brand Omnichannel environment
Must have strong Excel skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, Able to review online content both for English and Bahasa Indonesia versions of our websites
