Develop and ensure business development roadmap is clear in order to achieve company’s business goals.
Develop potential locations for opening new stores based on the feasibility study analysis and Capex model in order to meets with company’s expansions target.
Direct site visit analysis with landlord and affiliated property agents in order to explore the opportunity for relocation existing stores and opening of new stores which having strong brand positioning at the new cities.
Conduct rental negotiation and leasing function for all KG properties (Kanmo Retail chain stores, Kanmo office space and Kanmo Travel Retail Concessionaire at Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta)
Achieve the target business development and opening of new stores that are profitable for the company’s business.
Prepares supporting data to the relevant stakeholders and team member for business decision making process.
Maintain relationship with tenants, landlord and affiliated property agents for both existing and upcoming project in order to keep mutual beneficially relationship in the future.
Bachelor degree / Master degree holder any field (preferred in Real Estate / Property Management, Business Administration).
Minimum 5+ years working experience in retail industry would be a plus.
Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
