Responsible to ensure the standard of display and store ambience across the stores, as well as retaining the brand image by following the global standard to support the attainment of target sales.
Setting yearly strategy and managing budget.
Managing VM to ensure their task completions; analyzing campaign takeover plan, budget approval for each campaign, planogram monitoring and approval, create SKU Count / Option count for new store and event, monitoring money map, visit all stores (includes virtual visit) ensuring the business and display standard.
Coordinating with all department involved and Principal in regards to VM strategy and execution.
Coordinating with shipping department to ensure all VM related materials are delivered to the allocated store on time.
Develop and conduct VM training with HR trainers.
Generate and present relevant report related to business and VM process.
Candidate must hold bachelor degree in arts/design major, preferably from reputable University
Having minimum 3-5 years’ working experience as Head Office Visual Merchandiser
Good in computer literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop , 3D and Illustrator
Professional proficiency in English
Demonstrate integrity, good team work, empathy and open minded in working environment - Strong leadership
