Kanmo has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Focused Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Content, Creative, Campaign Planning and Performance Marketing teams.

You must be digitally minded and have a strong understanding of Retail, Ecommerce and  driving brand recognition/engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • To deliver Digital Marketing and Content to support all channels of marketing campaigns to grow new and encourage increase in existing traffic levels and conversion (including but not limited to Paid Performance Marketing, SMS, Email, Push notifications, Instagram and Social Media platforms)
  • To grow the Kanmo E-Commerce business by activating all functions under the E-Commerce department specifically for Content, Digital Marketing and Campaign Planning & Strategy through active planning, executions and insights management for e-commerce and digital programs. 
  • Drive collaboration Brand Principles, Brand Teams and the Digital Marketing/Ecommerce team to produce a coordinated digital campaign plan to cover all digital communication
  • Drive collaboration between Content, Online Merchandisers and Paid Digital Marketing teams in the planning, execution and optimization of each online marketing program
  • Increase the number of visitors for each Kanmo E-Commerce Websites (and marketplaces) through all available communication channels and not limited to Paid Marketing, Email, SMS, Online Media Placement or Partnership
  • To remain cognizant of role Digital marketing has in increasing the number of visitors for offline stores and social selling channels, and at times B2B channels
  • Evaluate every Digital campaign and program with the use of Google Analytics, Magento, Klevu, DotDigital and other platforms or tools available within the company
  • Measuring and evaluating the efforts of online commercial activity to support a program based on Return on Advertisement Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Leads) and others.
  • Manages the research and development of all comprehensive media and make sure all aligned with the target market focus of each business unit or programs
  • Actively communicate with the brand team to ensure Offline & Online strategies and campaigns are aligned and shared with all board of brand members
  • Communicate effectively and as needed with senior management.
  • Provide or contribute to accurate annual Integrated Marketing Plans, and provide monthly performance updates to senior management
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of working experience in a Retail Marketing Manager Role
  • At least 3 years Digital Marketing Experience including Performance Marketing
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and ability to make decisions
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
  • Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
