- Develop marketing strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with brand objective for off line and online
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand’s image and positioning in the market for off line and online
- Manage marketing budget ( short- and long-term plans ) for off line and online in order to achieve marketing goal
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Represent the brand toward in-store exposure at all channels
- Develop marketing plan for online & off line in order to attract customer and improve traffic in all channels
- Develop and monitor promotional activities
- Create and submit yearly budget and marketing plan for offline and online
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
- At least 5 years experience with minimum 2 years in managerial position. Preferably having experience in handling kids or fashion brand in retail industry.
- Having strong concept and analysis skill.
- Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
