  • Develop marketing strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with brand objective for off line and online 
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand’s image and positioning in the market for off line and online 
  • Manage marketing budget ( short- and long-term plans ) for off line and online in order to achieve marketing goal 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals 
  • Represent the brand toward in-store exposure at all channels 
  • Develop marketing plan for online & off line in order to attract customer and improve traffic in all channels 
  • Develop and monitor promotional activities 
  • Create and submit yearly budget and marketing plan for offline and online   


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
  • At least 5 years experience with minimum 2 years in managerial position. Preferably having experience in handling kids or fashion brand in retail industry.
  • Having strong concept and analysis skill.
  • Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
  • Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
