This new role at Kanmo has been created to help drive our marketing performance using analytics to drive Marketing Intelligence. You will be a hands-on senior analyst used to analyzing customer BIG data, marketing campaigns and web analytics. Key outputs will be to provide insights to our Marketing and Ecommerce teams to drive better understanding of how our customers shop and what campaigns will be successful in driving new customer acquisition, increase in frequency and ATV.
You will help understand marketing campaign performance and understand attribution modelling over our channels. We use a mixture of customer databases, web analytics tool and two matched CRM databases. You will drive analytics (Hands on role), and manage a small team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing BIG Data from various sources to drive understanding of customers, new customers and potential customers
  • Manage other attribution and analytics tools to understand our campaign performance
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction 
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 7 - 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Verbal and Written communication skills & Fluent in English is a must
  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
  • Proven working experience in data analysis
  • Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases 
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing 
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations 
  • Team-working skills, ability for critical thinking, and having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
