Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Setting up and optimizing brand page(s) within each social media platform
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Project Manage IG Live Sessions
  • Help to build rapport with KOL
  • Attend to comments and messages coming to social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations. Fresh Graduate are welcome;
  • Has a strong desire and ability to learn;
  • Enthusiast with retail industry;
  • Able to work in a team and deadlines;
  • Good in Microsoft Office;
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking.
